BYS Waterproof Mascara Review

Hey all,

I thought I'd share with you my thoughts on the BYS (Be Yourself) Waterproof Mascara in Black. It has been a favourite of mine for a few years now. It seems every time I try a different mascara I seem to get irritated, watery and sore eyes. This mascara has never caused any of this. It is super cheap and lasts all day!

Application: It has a nylon flex brush which is nice to work with. It goes on quite wet so you must be careful as it is easy to get it on your eyelids if your lashes touch them before it's dry.

Waterproof: I have worn this in water and although I do not think it is completely waterproof, it does not give you panda eyes. When removing, instead of it all ending up below your eyes in the process, it kind of peels/flakes off, which in my eyes is a good thing, making it a shorter process.

Colour: Black. Yes, it is definitely black.

Staying Power: All day, unless swimming.

Australis Lip Tricks Review

I am not usually one to draw attention to my lips. I'd prefer to focus on my eyes because my mouth is quite small. I also have a lot of trouble with my lips being dry, therefore they peel often, which makes it difficult to find a lipgloss/lipstick that will not make it look worse.

This Australis Lip Tricks palette is full of  8 juicy, almost sheer lipsticks which are almost a lipgloss/lipstick hybrid. Each colour is from the Colour Inject Mineral Lipstick range; Salsa, Ballet, Honky Tonk, Jitterbug, Flamenco, Boogie Woogie, Twist and Samba. They have been amazing for my dry lips.
